I had a difficult time understanding what the question was asking of us. Here is what I precieved from the question.
Language defines everything. Absolutely everything. You can't decribe anything without words. Words give us good things and bad things. It brings us our music, presidental speechs, and etc. It is a way to communicate clearly (for the most part). Language gives us our world. It brings it to life. Otherwise, it would be a silent movie.
It can go beyond language too. Sounds are just as powerful. A sound such a laugh or a cry can envoke emotions in us. Going back to the silent movie thing real fast. If you were to see someone crying or laughing but no sound came from their mouth, your emotions aren't going to be as powerful. Which also brings us back to my point that language essentially brings our world to life.
I am certain that is not quite what the question was asking but that is what I precieved.
