This question is perfect for me because i'm not from USA and all my family and friends are so far away.
Is funny because, you can ask my friends here and they will tell that in fact I have my desk full of photographs portraits.
Talk all the time is part of my life and even though i'm far from the people that i love, i try to call them as much as i can.
Also i can use Skype or facebook to send messages or have a video chat with them and feel them nearer. Or for special dates i'm going to send letters and some gifts.
Another thing that i do is to bring some gifts that important people gave me before i leave. Then i can remember special moments every time i see that stuff.
