Why is this? That's a question hard to answer exactly. I don't know the "why", but i'm pretty sure of what is that; is called "double moral".
And that's the problem with society. It pretends to promote good manners, and personal behavior, but is just that, pretend to be something, only "a mask". Because if you see what you have around, the reality is too different...
