Everybody has lots of ways to talk with people. Always is going to depend on who is talking with you, the situation and the topic.
You do not talk the same way with your mom and with your friends; you do not talk the same at home and at church.
There's a difference, a difference that every person knows, it's a kind of reaction that you apply for each different situation.
Drunk people do not count. They can not exactly use their common sense, so they don't care about anything.

I have to confess that i do talk about personal stuff on cellphone even though i'm walking down a street, but it depends of the topic...
