I have only seen the show a couple of times. But I realize that the reason why people may like the show is because of the stories that each patient have. Another thing could be, and this is just my opinion, that people like the "morbidity" of the show, for it shows curious cases and unexpected results. Although many people may feel offended about what is being said in the show, I am sure there are a lot of other people that really like whatever is being presented.
