I think that relationships have been affected by social networking but not in a way to where it ruins it. I'm not saying it makes everything perfect, it can also be negative. But it gives more of a connection to people around the world. I also don't text that many people so I don't ever wish I didn't. Actually I don't keep in touch with many friends, and things like facebook and twitter just help me stay connected in some way. For me, social networking has been positive, mostly because I'm bad at texting or calling someone to see how they are. And with things like Twitter, yeah you have a limit to what you can say but you can still make friends and get to know people. I'm just a big fan os social networking in general. I think the only thing people can forget is that you have to be careful what you put on a website like that because sometimes that is the only way people know you.

I have the same ethnicity has almost every person, all but one person have different religions, we are all in a similar socioeconomic class, it's about half the people are at the same educational level as me, and They all lived in the same town as me when I met them and I lived pretty close to them.

I don't know most of their religion because some never have a solid stance on religion, and two have never told me what their religion is for as long as I've known them.

People would automatically think something is wrong with that person. I think with everyone thinking lowly of that one person, that one person will become unsure of them self because they decided to go into a sex store. This person could take how he feels about him self and reflect it upon anybody they are with, making it possibly hard to have any sort of relationship because society thinks something is terribly wrong with the person.

Slum dog millionaire review

1. So we  believe that the scene itself enhanced the experience  and made it more realistic and made you feel for the character's more.
2. Jamal and Salim both believe that the truth is the law, Prem Kumar tried to rig the game to say that  he was cheating. He choose the title because he basically explained the movie through the title, being rich means having a lot of opportunities, but a lot more responsibility, and less freedom.
3.  It show's that he never gives up and that he will do anything necessary to achieve his goals.
4.The trains mean a way out of the current situation. At different moments they mean different things, They Have no more reason to run so they don't get on the train.
5. The city they never left they simply upgraded.

Some people take the way you dress as how much you are worth. So when an important event pops up into your life you try to dress and make yourself the best you can look. How you look leaves an impression along with how you act.

I think I'm always worried what others think of me. I'm not sure why because why does it really matter, but the need to always impress others is always there in my head. And when it comes to being embarrassed, it happens easily for me because I'm always worried about what others think. It just comes full circle.

I really can't think of any recent events, but I remember when my favorite band broke up everyone who was a fan was placing the blame on one member who had left the band months before. No one really knew the story behind the break up of why they DID break up but they wanted a reason behind it so, it became that persons fault. Earlier this year the singer of the band who is now solo, came out and said, "Hey the break up was my idea." I don't think anyone would have ever thought he would be the person to really tear apart the group so it was pretty shocking. For a while people came up with some kind of theory and stuck with it. When the truth of the situation came out it was like everyone needed to take a minute and thought wow maybe we need the whole truth before we point fingers.

I have seen maybe 4 episodes of house so I don't know that much about anyone on the show. But what I have seen from you can tell that Dr. House loves what he does. He may be a jerk but that doesn't mean he doesn't want to help people. But like I said I have never really watched the show enough to understand it.

Personality basically defines who you are. Everything you do  is based off your personality in a way. What you are comfortable with, who you talk, or how you act. So if you are in a relationship with a person who has a completely different personality as you it could make it hard for you to bond with them. But that doesn't mean you can't be friends with people or date people who aren't like you at all. One of my closest friends is extremely out going and is always wanting to do something while I would rather stay home and watch a movie. She kind of gives me motivation to acting go and try to get out there and talk and have fun. I never really noticed before that culture put emphasize on personalities in relationships, but with shows like Parental Control isn't really truly personality based because its based on what the PARENT thinks the child would like or who the child would be better off with. For all we know, the kid could be leading a double life with her awful boyfriend. Because we have to remember we are only seeing what the parents say in 30 minutes of those peoples lives.

I generally get along better with people who have the same interest and views as me, but I like to hear other peoples opinions. It's nice when you think one way for a certain amount of time to hear what someone else has to say about it. It might let you see how you were wrong about something or it will give you a new perspective as to see how others think. Not everyone will always think the same exact way as you. That is just a fact of life. I respect others when they go out of their way to explain to you how they feel about something without being forceful. Because some people will shut you out if you don't have the same interests as them or same beliefs.

Verbal:
Talking face to face
On the phone
Video chatting

Non verbal:
Social networking sites, like Twitter or Facebook
Texting
Email
Instant messaging

With social networking, you can easily hide facts about yourself. You can make you out to be a better version of you. While if it is someone you meet in person and get to know by talking face to face, you can see HOW they interact in a different way. They won't be exactly exposing themselves, but you can still catch on to how they feel or think about things while seeing them in person. You can see their reaction to what you say or what you hear. While on twitter they can just say something, you don't really know if they are laughing or crying, you are just reading what they give you to read. But something like twitter, people can also feel safer to expose their true feelings on subjects because the people who follow them, they might not know in person. So in that was it is reversed, you are giving the real you to people you have never meet, while people who have know you for years get a watered down version of you.

I can only think of one relationship honestly. The people involved in said relationship where together since highschool, so basically highschool sweet hearts. They were together for about 30 years of marriage and then the marriage ended. And as I look back on it the man in the relationship demanded all attention be on him all the time, while the woman wanted to be with her parents and care for them because they are older and need help, so she wasn't always able to be around 24/7 like he wanted. He put all this pressure on her to make HIM happy and that if he was in a bad mood, she was responsible. But to everyone they knew, no one would suspect these major issues. Yeah they fought, but they had always made up. I always had a feeling something was being hidden from everyone because niether of them ever seemed truely happy. Someone was always upset about something and they blamed one another, or believed they were the cause of all problems. No one was willing to take the blame for what they did wrong. Neither was willing to work it out in the way the other person wanted. They played to everyone that everything was good, even though we all could see something wasn't right. It wasn't fair for the woman to take all the blame for the mans problems. Yes I sound maybe a little harsh, but he is a grown adult who doesnt know how to be responsible for himself. But the woman is no angel, she put all her energy into her parents and probaly should have spent a little more time talking and being with her spouse.

Using college-age students as research about romantic relationships could be completely sketchy. You are at that age where you don't really know who you are, and you are makng choices in the moment to help you in the future. And when a romantic relatonship is involved there is a possibility that the relationship won't be entirely stable and secure compared to one between two grown adults. There is a lack of stablity that could greatly effect the end results.

DQ1:
I think the difference between divorce rates in both countres is purely a cultural thing. People in India are more expected to stay together, while couple in the US can easly say "we didn't get along that well" and can go fill out a paper, and bam it's done. Freedom to what we want with our lifes is large part of the US, so many people tend to forget what marriage is supposed to stand for and treat it as something with no importance. India is more strict with their beliefs and standards. But it is a cultural aspect of their country. So it needs to be noted that these are two completely different countries with different beliefs.

DQ2:
I do not think marriages or any kind of relationship should be arranged by your parents. If you meet your partner on your own time, it is more important. You can connect more with that person in a way. But that being said, I think it is important for your parents to approve of the person you are with. Because they just want what is best for you so they will most likely know if this person is the one for you in some aspects.
